the horse was made mostly with wings3d though it was passed through amorphium pro and truespce 3.1 as well, th rest was done with Bryce 5
this was done in Bryce5 as well the ship, driver and castle were pretty much modeled in wings3d with a little help from amorphium 3

This one was rendered in amorphium 3 which has a very good renderer. the background ofcourse is the bryce image we made before. below is a movie made with this scene in amorphium 3.
